You may use this website to learn about HelloTradie, complete the fit-check, contact us, and review the service. Do not use the website in a way that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or intended to interfere with the site or its forms.

Product and service description

HelloTradie Website Lead Assistant V1 is a structured website enquiry intake and alert-routing tool for plumbing businesses. It is designed to capture submitted website enquiries, store them, and route owner/operator alerts to the configured plumbing business contact so the business can follow up.

AI may summarise or classify a submitted enquiry after submission, but AI does not drive the live visitor conversation in V1. AI summaries and classifications are assistive, may be imperfect, and should be checked by the plumbing business before acting on them.

Owner/operator notifications may be sent by email and, where configured and legally reviewed, by SMS to the plumbing business. Website Lead Assistant V1 does not send SMS to end customers.

Launch scope and legal review

The initial Website Lead Assistant V1 launch and compliance scope is US only. Customer contracts, controller/processor or service-provider roles, vendor DPAs, retention, deletion, SMS consent posture, and customer website notice wording remain pending legal review.

Fit-check and eligibility

A fit-check result helps us decide whether your website and operating setup appear suitable for HelloTradie. It is not a guarantee that we will accept you as a customer, install the service, hold a Foundation cohort place, or offer the same commercial terms later.

Foundation cohort offer

Where a Foundation cohort offer is shown, it is an early customer offer for approved plumbing businesses. Any first-year price, included usage, renewal direction, availability, and future voice-mode credit terms are the terms shown on the website or agreed with you directly at the time. A fit-check or reservation intent does not itself complete payment, acceptance, installation, or service activation.

No lead or revenue guarantee

HelloTradie may help you capture and act on website enquiries more clearly, but we do not guarantee leads, revenue, bookings, customer conversion, booked jobs, attendance, response times, emergency handling, or any specific commercial outcome.

What HelloTradie does not provide

HelloTradie does not provide plumbing advice, trade advice, quotes, emergency assistance, attendance guarantees, phone answering, dispatch services, booking services, CRM services, AI receptionist services, or customer-support judgement for your business.

Customer responsibilities

• Respond to leads and enquiries using your own judgement.
• Verify job details before quoting, attending, or accepting work.
• Provide any plumbing advice, safety advice, pricing, scheduling, or emergency guidance yourself.
• Keep your website access, business contact details, and alert recipients accurate.
• Keep your customer-facing website notices, contact details, disclosures, and privacy wording accurate.
• Make sure your use of HelloTradie fits your own legal, privacy, licensing, consent, opt-out, and customer obligations.

Payments and billing

Payment processing is not currently implemented on this website. If paid access is offered, payment timing, billing terms, renewal terms, refund handling, and any taxes or fees will be confirmed before you are charged.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or spam content.
• Do not try to bypass security, overload the website, scrape forms, or reverse engineer non-public systems.
• Do not use HelloTradie as a booking system, dispatch system, emergency-response system, CRM, AI receptionist, customer support bot, or guaranteed-response service.
• Do not use HelloTradie for emergency dispatch, regulated advice, or any situation where a person needs immediate help.

Liability in plain language

We aim to provide the website and service with reasonable care, but software, websites, alerts, and third-party services can fail or be delayed. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost revenue, missed leads, missed bookings, missed attendance, delayed responses, emergency handling, customer disputes, trade decisions, imperfect AI summaries or classifications, or losses caused by information you or a website visitor provide. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to the service and policies

We may update the website, service, pricing, availability, policies, and these terms as HelloTradie develops. The version shown on this page applies to website use from the date listed above unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
